If you are unsatisfied with your cutter, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping in both directions). The cutter will need to be in new condition and carefully packaged in the original box with all of the accessories. If the cutter arrives damaged, you may incur some costs resulting from the damage that will be deducted from your refund. Check with your shipping agent for shipping insurance to guard against shipping damage.
